How our airport taxi service works

For departures we plan backwards from your check-in time, factoring in the Zirakpur and airport road traffic that catches most people out in the morning peak. For international departures we suggest leaving earlier, and we will say so when you book rather than after you have missed check-in.

Normal waiting is included. Baggage delays, immigration queues and the usual airport chaos are not something you should be paying by the minute for, so we do not run a meter while you are inside the terminal.
The driver waits at the arrivals pickup point and calls you once you are out. If you would rather be met with a name board, just say so when booking.

For early morning departures we recommend booking the night before so a driver is assigned and confirmed. For arrivals, sharing your flight number any time before landing is enough — we track it from there.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We track the flight and adjust the pickup time. Normal waiting is included, so a delayed landing does not become an extra charge.
Do you operate airport pickups at night?
Yes, we run 24 hours. Late night arrivals and pre-dawn departures are routine for us.
Can you pick up from Mohali or Panchkula for an airport drop?
